This place was a strong match for a brief sojourn in Guadalajara with best value. The dirty floors made my one-year-old filthy within minutes, which was frustrating. Avoid Room 228 as it has a horrible smell coming from the air conditioning outside.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me. my room felt fresh upon arrival, which set a good tone for my stay. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable even in the heat. Staff made ordering food super easy, even calling a nearby restaurant because of my limited Spanish. However, I faced a few issues. The lack of shower curtains led to a consistently wet bathroom floor, which was annoying. The elevator was quite slow during busy hours, prompting me to take the stairs more often than I'd like. Room 228 was understandably cramped, especially for anyone looking for extra space. I wish the breakfast options had more variety. it felt lacking. Overall, some minor tweaks could elevate the experience significantly.

The hotel features a delightful breakfast with a variety of options.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a few difficulties. The faucet in my room was leaking due to a missing aerator, and the shower door just wouldn't stay closed, making it quite frustrating. Additionally, I misplaced a special hanger during my stay, and although the front desk tried their best to help me locate it, it was ultimately never found.

Staying here with friends was a blast! We loved visiting the Jaime Torres Bodet Teatro and the Galleries Theater. The area had lots of activities to offer, making our group vacation fun. The hotel also had decent amenities and easy access to getting around.
The air conditioning in our room directly faced the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night.

Friendly and helpful staff made ordering food a breeze, even assisting with local delivery. The cleanliness was commendable, making for a more pleasant environment. However, the small queen room felt cramped, and the shower lacked a curtain, leading to a wet bathroom floor. The elevator was slow, prompting stairs usage, and the noisy surroundings can be distracting during the night.
